Cooperation under the Memorandum will be carried out through the following forms of interaction:
• facilitation of the exchange of information and experience between parties, as well as international and Ukrainian organizations and associations;
• facilitation of productive dialogue and fruitful cooperation between gambling operators and hotels;
• improvement of the legal and regulatory framework;
• facilitation of the interaction between gambling operators and hotels in observing the current legislation and provision of top-level services;
• promotion of Ukraine as a tourist destination.
In addition to the above areas of cooperation, the parties to the Memorandum also agreed to promote compliance with the responsible gambling principles, spread ideas of social responsibility of the gambling legalization in Ukraine, and raise awareness of Ukrainian citizens about the gambling market.
